Three nations divided in two under one banner Old school views but we live in a new manor Traditional values, have to evolve or stand like statues But we don’t have to lose what’s great about Britain Big guitar bands and comical villains Maybe we could stop highlighting people that preach hate They only make things worse mate We only won the world cup once And now we’re living like we’re out in front But we don’t make anything anymore But we still expect it all We’re set up for a big fall, yeah We’re divided into rich and poor The rich are getting richer and the poor don’t care anymore Just look at the recent political scores We’re forward thinking and it’s time to change Educate ourselves and change our ways Subculture’s working class anyways Because culture belongs to those who didn’t have anything anyway Who didn’t have anything anyway (So tell me what's so Great, Britain?) And we’re a complicated sibling Who doesn’t know how to fit in So we cause so many problems Fighting with our kin And we just need to be held And stop this island syndrome Before we cut the chord And end up on our own.

Headbutt 02:32
He talks the big game Talks a bit too much How he’s gonna be someone Who wants to be loved Shouts the loudest He’s an alpha male But the whispers in his brain tell a different tale Everyone knows he’s a bit of a ding dong But he's stuck to your serve And returning like ping pong If you don’t laugh, you’ll cry So let’s have a sing song I suppose I just don’t know Do I lead in with a headbutt or a hello? Do I answer the phone? I think I’ll let you speak to the answer tone Now he’s a big player On the weekdays Well that’s what he says anyways Trigger happy to stop talk and name drop Sharp with his tongue When he fires cheap shots Look mate, it’s ok (It's ok, It's ok) You don’t have to impress me You’re only lying to yourself It’s starting to depress me.

You’re a constant underachiever And you never do anything right Another day without making any dollar man trying to concentrate with a cigarette in my hand, yeah singing where did i go wrong yeah, where did I go? Seeing these teenage millionaires up on the telly box I’m only 23 but I feel like I’ve already lost singing where did I go wrong yeah, where did I go? I’m confused, and for the first time in my life I don’t know what to do I feel used and abused And I guess it’s something I subconsciously knew I used to dream about something incredible now I just settle with doing something credible, yeah where did I go wrong yeah, where did I go? I feel like my best days are certainly behind me Only thing I have to look forward to is the nicotine, yeah where did I go wrong yeah, where did I go? And the diagnosis, millennial madness, I'm sorry buy you've got, millennial madness Red light, amber light, green light go Why do I finish last even when I race on my own? Where did I go?

Oh it’s raining again And my next door neighbour he won’t stop Complaining again Over things that don’t even matter to him But if the sun was shining, he would be likely smiling And I wouldn’t have to listen to his Constant “yippa-yappa” all day every day Cause he'd be watering his flowers Keeping him busy for hours I love the old boy But he’s a nightmare when it showers I need a great British summer I’m feeling down, feeling lower than the weather With sun it’ll make it all better Get some Vitamin D for your temper And where are my friends? Why when it rains does everybody stay in? Trapped in a room I’ll book a holiday But anywhere else it just don’t feel the same Only when everyone’s happy and the banter’s great I’m gonna buy a paddling pool So everybody stop being miserable We can use the central heating And grab the umbrellas to cover the seating We’ll have a few for a couple of hours And we won’t care about the showers If the summer ain’t here right now We'll bring it to the UK somehow.

The Getaway 03:10
You got the same old job, And watch the same old television, You’ve lost your big plans you made when you left school to follow the system, You’ve got the same old car from the last few years and it’s falling apart, And now you’re thinking about having kids, And settling down for a fresh start And we all want a house by the seaside, And we all want a car that’s a fast ride, And we all want to live in the sunlight, But we can have it all when we dream tonight, But we just need to getaway, Somewhere where there’s sea and there’s sand and there’s sun And there’s drinks in our hands You get the same old answers from the banks Cause you’re already drowning in debt, Filling your bath tub with paperwork, And sinking into regret, You got the same old friends, Who constantly laugh at your ambition Knocking you back, and dragging you down, Telling you to stop living in fiction.

0121 03:27
(Who are ya?) You don’t like the way that I run shit, And you don’t like the way that I captain my ship, And you don’t like the way that I ride these waves, But I guess you don’t like too much these days There’s a number dial it in, Pull out your phone, And give it a ring And you can call 0121-DO-ONE. And people like following things like sheep, Everyone’s got wool in their eyes I meet, But fuck it I’m just gonna keep doing me, If that don’t work, then I’ll admit defeat, And you can count the number of fucks I give, On the same fingers I tell you with And number one’s for my cat, And number two I couldn’t tell you that.

Dear Mr Internet person, Do you have to write hateful things online? You hurt my feelings We could have been pals, We could have been mates, I could have took you out sometimes But you hurt my feelings I am quite aware of, yeah, That I am a punchable person, With this cheeky smile, I’m a professional wind up merchant, yeah Do you not like me? Yeah? Is it the way I talk? Do you not like me? Yeah? Is it the way that I don’t give a fuck about what you’re thinking? And I don’t really care about anything No? Yeah? You think cause I’m a “big lad”, I'm out on the weekend, Being anti-social, And getting into fights, Are you mad mate? I’m actually at home with my cat, Cleaning the house, And watching adventure time, That’s my life mate That's my life It don’t matter what I do, It don’t matter what I say, Cause your opinion’s been made, It don’t matter if its true, It don’t matter ok, Cause your opinion’s been made.

Already Dead 02:49
And I’ve had the worst of weeks I broke my iPhone screen My team they took defeat Welcome to the life of me My van won’t start today The batteries flat again I wish there was an easy way To make things go away But I do things on the cheap That’s why they last a week This world it has me beat Life hacks don't work with me And life’s for the living so live it instead, but I'm already, I'm already dead Already Dead And there’s nothing on the telly box (Oi, change the channel yeah?) No chance of finding matching socks (Oi, Oi pass me the other one) And I’ve got no tea bags left (What do you mean we ain't got nothing?) So it looks like i’ll suffer instead And I don't wanna work today Scraping through till pay day This feels like an 8 day week And this what I don't really need “And you millennial's think you can run away from your problems by pretending to be somebody else, Well it doesn't work like that” I wish my life changed like a TV channel, And soaked it all up like a wet flannel, My bodies no temple it’s like casket No riding over the moon in E.T.’s basket.

And just a simple self employed man Brains not good, so I use my hands Up at the break of dawn I beat the local rooster to an early yawn A cup of tea to smooth the rough No sugar as I’m sweet enough It’s alright, it pays a decent amounts But that’s what I thought until I checked my account And I don’t work for free I don’t do things for a little bit of XP We ain’t shaking hands with each other We ain’t shouting: “Nice one, brother!” You think I'm joking but I’m not being funny I won’t be turning up if you ain’t got my money No money, no Monday No money, no Monday I didn’t sign as a debt collector Through your books like an account inspector I don’t mean to break your neck I Just want what I’m owed and expect I see you taking all the payments through I just want your end of the bargain to hold true I put my invoice into your inbox So I want my money no more, no less Put the transfer into your outbox Make it rain in my account instead.

I’ve got the white flag waving, I call parlé on this pirate bay thing, I want you to move out, Yeah, I want you to move out, And I’ve inherited your dirty washing, It keeps coming and never stopping, I want you to move out, Yeah, I want you to move out If you don’t know by now, I just want a peaceful house, If you ain’t gone by now, I’m just gonna scream and shout Away the days till I’m on tour, I just cannot take this anymore. I can’t believe you broke the arrangement, I can’t believe I thought about engagement, I want you to move out, Yeah, I want you to move out, Your body’s taken hits from raving, I thought you were, but ain’t worth saving, I want you to move out, Yeah, I want you to move out And no more waving white flags, I’ve already packed your bags, There’s no point in getting sad, It’s the only choice I had. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Here’s another sad song, Another cliché, Another circumstance, That just won’t seem to go away, Broken hearts man, Monday to Sunday, If you heart skips a beat, Isn’t that bad anyway? Time will make it better, Isn’t that what they say, Well it’s been ages, And I’m still feeling the same, Why do things have to complicate? No one takes the blame, Everything’s ok as long as you’re the one turning the page Even though I love The Streets I can’t “Dry My Eyes Mate”, Someone call Jamie T, Cause I need to find “Sheila” mate, Say the things I’d never say Human interaction is something That will always stay the same Leave somebody full of hurt And rage and hope they’ll be ok And that they’ll somehow learn to change And become a better person Like they were in early days I mean it’s fine for you Cause you already made the decision Once you had to get ready Without me knowing any different I cant believe I didn’t see this coming Where was my intuition? Man, what the hell was I thinking? Maybe then she'll come back, And we can start again, Pick up where we left off, Stop me feeling this way, I don’t even care if this sounds cliché And it couldn’t have meant all that, Because you dropped me in the chat Three years went down in the DM’s.

On My Own 03:28
Keep your head up mate, We all make mistakes, (We all make mistakes) If it was easy as that, I would have her back, (I would have her back) And now I feel so unwell, But I haven’t got the people to tell yeah, It’s been two days, Since she told me, She’s fallen out of love with me, She says: “Jack, I think you got depression, I think you’re ill and I think you need attention”, But she’s all out of love to give, And I’m on my own with this I don’t want to man up, I’m not scared to cry, My heart is broke, I’m not afraid to die, Don’t feel like laughing anymore, I use humour to keep closed the doors, To the cage that is my skull, I’m scared to be trapped, And on my own, yeah, On my own, yeah Keep your head up mate, We all make mistakes, (We all make mistakes) If it was easy as that I would have her back (I would have her back) The house is empty, And your stuff still remains, But when that’s gone, will I ever be ok? I’m clinging onto things that I know you loved, Even if it sparks an argument, I just want to make a connection and talk, Even if it’s like when we fought. (So keep your head up mate we all make mistakes).
